Hand-off meeting

Today, I had a hand-off meeting with core member of Young Engineer Committee in IPEJ. The meeting started at 7:00 pm, but I could not finish my work until 8:45 pm. So I was more than two hours late. At the meeting, we discussed about management system for next year, handing off of my work, how to gather new members, and so on. I thought I had a very concentrated time.
